Your personal data and project files are never sold to third parties and are accessed only by the specific designers working on your concept to ensure your plans remain secure.
Intellectual Property
While you retain full ownership of your original architectural plans, the 3D visualizations and artistic renderings created by our studio remain our intellectual property until the project is paid in full. Upon final payment, we grant you a license to use the images for any personal, construction, or marketing purposes. We reserve the right to use the final renderings in our portfolio unless an NDA is requested
