Intellectual Property
Custom Home Rendering Studio retains the intellectual property rights to all created imagery until the final invoice is paid in full. Upon payment, the client is granted a license to use the renderings for any personal, construction, or marketing needs. We reserve the standard right to display completed works in our portfolio unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested.
